Read Marauders of Gor - A copy can be provided if needed.

Torvaldsland Lore Class - Class will be held at various schedules.

Medical Class - This teaches basic first aid for quick triage. This class will -not- train one to become a Healer or Physician. (note: The med class section will not go into affect until after the class is revamped, but Class will be held at various schedules.)

Attend Basic Open Combat Course (pending): Which will discuss what you read in the combat/raiding rules sections and put it into practice the basics in posting in combat either as a warrior in actual combat (for raids or serious OC) or a Freewoman avoiding immediate capture during a raid or serious OC.

An escape and evasion class for Freewomen: A follow up of the Basic OC course

Warrior Assessement (Pending) To determine skill level and suggestions for improvement if needed.

For those items without an actual class, the Orientation Officer would hold a discussion to ensure there were no questions. Also, there will be a written test, that can be emailed back to the Orientation Officers to ensure that all material was covered. As a side note, having a mentor would be encouraged, even though the north does not have Clans or Caste per se if one would wished to learn a particular trade it would be encouraged to learn with one through mentoring within the Isle.

After reading the above guidelines, all new members and probationary members will have a personnel folder created that will contain revealent information pertaining to your oriention. The folder will be created by your orientation officer.
